Welcome to Dawn TCG (dawntcg.com), operated by YUZHA CORP合同会社 ("we," "us," or "our"), a licensed secondhand goods dealer registered in Japan (License #542639605500). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. About Our Store

Dawn TCG is an online store specializing in authentic Japanese trading card game products, including but not limited to Pokemon, One Piece TCG, and Dragon Ball Super Card Game cards. All products are sourced, verified, and shipped directly from Japan.

2. Product Descriptions & Condition

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. All cards are individually inspected before listing.

  • Near Mint (NM) — Default condition. Cards show no visible wear or damage.
  • Rank B — Cards with minor wear such as light edge whitening, minor scratches, or slight bending. Condition is clearly indicated on the product page.

All cards sold are authentic Japanese editions. We guarantee the authenticity of every product. If you believe a product is not authentic, contact us immediately for a full refund.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely via credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other digital wallets. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes or duties. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Japan. Key shipping details:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Tracking is provided for all orders.
  • Available carriers include Japan Post, DHL, FedEx, and Yamato.
  • Free tracked shipping is available on orders over $500 USD worldwide.
  • European customers may select customs-free shipping options at checkout where available.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated transit time is 5-14 business days depending on location.

Risk of loss: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for any issues that occur during transit, including but not limited to damage, loss, theft, customs seizure, or delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We do not offer shipping insurance or shipping protection. Buyers who wish to insure their shipment should arrange coverage independently with the carrier.

6. All Sales Final — No Returns, No Refunds

All sales of trading card game products are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards — whose value fluctuates based on market supply and demand — all orders are exempt from standard withdrawal rights. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Price changes after purchase
  • Damage occurring during transit
  • Customs delays or additional duties

Packaging & Shipping Care

We take great care in packaging every order. All cards are sleeved, placed in toploaders, protected with rigid cardboard, and shipped in sturdy packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs during shipping.

Sole Exception: Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive a different card than what was ordered (our error), contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will verify the error and ship the correct item. This is the only circumstance under which we will issue a replacement.

Authenticity Guarantee

All cards sold are guaranteed 100% authentic Japanese editions. This is a guarantee of product identity, not a return policy. If you have concerns about authenticity, contact us and we will work with you to verify the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and design elements, is the property of YUZHA CORP合同会社 or used under license. Trading card images and names are the intellectual property of their respective owners (The Pokemon Company, Bandai Namco, etc.) and are used for product identification purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. User Accounts

You may create an account to track orders and manage your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
  • Submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent orders.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website.

10. Limitation of Liability
