Card Condition & Authenticity Guide
Our Default Standard
All cards are Rank A condition unless explicitly stated otherwise. We source directly from official Japanese distributors and aim to provide the highest quality cards available in the Japanese market.
Quality Policy: We do not sell Rank C or Rank D cards except for classic cards, first editions, or rare vintage items where condition standards differ due to age and scarcity.
Japanese Condition Ranking System
We use the standard Japanese grading system used throughout Japan:
🅰️ Rank A (Our Default) May have initial scratches or very fine marks from factory. Cards suitable for play may have small scratches or chips that most people won't notice. Collectors should be aware these minor imperfections are considered normal in Japanese standards.
🅱️ Rank B Small scratches, chips, wear, or dents mainly found on collectible cards. Includes initial scratches, printing variations, and minor edge wear. Explicitly noted in product listings.
🅲️ Rank C (Classic/Vintage Only) Noticeable scratches, bends, scuffs, or sun damage. Suitable for play when sleeved but not ideal for pristine collections. Only available for classic cards, first editions, or rare vintage items. Individual photos and detailed description provided.
🅳️ Rank D (Classic/Vintage Only) Significant damage including large creases or water damage. Card retains shape but has serious flaws. Only available for classic cards, first editions, or rare vintage items where rarity outweighs condition. Individual photos and detailed description provided.

Important Notes
Quality Standards: We maintain high condition standards by limiting sales to Rank A-B cards for modern releases. Rank C-D cards are only offered for classic, first edition, or vintage cards where rarity and historical significance outweigh condition concerns.
Japanese vs. Western Grading: Japanese "Rank A" may not meet strict Western "Near Mint" standards due to different cultural expectations about factory imperfections.
Not for Professional Grading: We cannot guarantee specific PSA/BGS grades. Our cards are selected for collection and play value.
