At Dawn TCG, we are committed to delivering authentic Japanese trading cards in the condition described. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
All sales of trading card game products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, whose value fluctuates based on market supply and demand, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
This applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Price changes after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with card pulls or contents
- Opened booster packs, boxes, or cases
- Damage occurring during shipping or transit
- Customs delays, duties, or additional fees
Sole Exception: Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship a different product than what you ordered (our error), contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dawntcg.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- Description of what was ordered vs. what arrived
We will verify the error and ship the correct item at no additional cost. This is the only circumstance under which we will issue a replacement.
Authenticity Guarantee
All cards sold by Dawn TCG are guaranteed 100% authentic Japanese editions. Every card is individually inspected before shipping. YUZHA CORP合同会社 is a licensed secondhand goods dealer in Japan (License #542639605500). If you have concerns about the authenticity of a product, contact us and we will work with you to verify it.
Shipping & Transit
We take great care in packaging every order:
- Cards are sleeved and placed in toploaders
- Protected with rigid cardboard
- Shipped in sturdy, secure packaging
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for any issues that occur during transit. We do not offer shipping insurance or shipping protection. If you wish to insure your shipment, please arrange coverage independently with your carrier.
Transit damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (Japan Post, DHL, FedEx, Yamato, etc.). We can provide proof of pre-shipping condition and packaging documentation upon request to assist with your carrier claim.
Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. These fees are non-refundable and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs policies before ordering.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders may be cancelled before the item ships for a full refund.
- Once shipped, pre-orders are subject to the same all-sales-final policy.
- Release dates may change due to manufacturer delays.
